Carrot Cake

Sift together

2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 ½ tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt

Add

1 ½ cups Wesson oil
4 eggs Beaten
3 cups Grated carrots
1 cup Chopped Walnuts

Bake in 350o oven for 30 minutes in a layer, loaf or bunt pan

Icing –

8 oz. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
1 box Powdered Sugar
1 stick Margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla

Stir and apply to cool cake.
