Grated carrots |

Chopped Walnuts |
Bake in 350o oven for 30 minutes in a layer,
loaf or bunt pan
Icing
| 8 oz. |
Philadelphia Brand Cream
Cheese |
| 1 box |
Powdered Sugar |
| 1 stick |
Margarine |
| 1 tsp. |
Vanilla |
Stir and apply to cool cake.
